Pastor Dale Sauls

Pastor Dale is a 2nd-generation pastor originally from Dunn, North Carolina. He sensed the call of God to pastoral ministries at age 13 and began preaching at age 18. By the time Dale was 20; he was ordained and became the Senior Pastor of San-Lee Chapel Church in Sanford, North Carolina. During his time there, the church nearly doubled in attendance and became a multi-staffed church. In 1996, he left San-Lee to fulfill his personal calling of reaching his generation for Christ at Western Branch Community Church. Pastor Dale founded a ministry geared toward Generation X there. He returned to San-Lee Chapel as Senior Pastor in 2004.

Pastor Dale's heart is for San-Lee Chapel to succeed in “populating heaven with the people of Lee County and beyond." His passion is to connect people to God and to one another. Pastor Dale intends to invest his life in developing leaders that share that vision and passion.

Dale received an Associate Degree in Pastoral Ministries from Heritage Bible College. He has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Campbell University, is a trained Leadership Coach, and has a Master's of Organizational Leadership Degree from Regent University.

Pastor Dale is married to his lovely wife Melissa from Goldsboro, North Carolina. They are blessed to be parents of two children, Josiah and Abigail.
